We review the week’s key events in the currency markets in today’s Weekly Video Recap, including today’s G-20 meeting where Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner proposed a system for helping “re-balance” the global economy with a heavy emphasis on limiting current account surpluses and deficits. The G-20 meeting had a heavy focus on currencies. Also this week, we had China raise interest rates and the Fed’s Bullard give some details on what he would like to see from QE 2.
